YESTech Expands in China

(March 14, 2008) SAN CLEMENTE, Calif. — YESTech Inc. opened a new location in Shanghai, China, co-located with parent company Nordson's China facility at the Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park in Pudong. The 8,000-sq.m. facility houses around 200 employees and operates as a "Center Of Excellence." Each division hosts a specialized customer demonstration lab.

Additional features of the site include an advanced training center for up to 200 people and 10 conference rooms. The facility served as the venue for the annual Advanced Technology Group (ATG) Event, showcasing YESTech's AOI and AXI capabilities. YESTech's original Shanghai facility opened in February 2005.

The new China office in China supports increased AOI and AXI adoption in the region, said Steve Cai, China business development manager. The changes will increase resources at a local level, provide more effective product exposure to clients, and reduce product introduction cycles in this exciting and rapidly changing market, agreed Don Miller, president.

Miller spoke about the expansion in SMT's 2008 Industry Forecast. Read it here. For more information, see www.yestechinc.com and www.nordson.com.
